Note : Pre-departure ceremony is mandatory for all; make sure you have submitted all the supportive documents & paid entire processing fees; if not departure date may get extended. All transactions are taxable under GST rule i.e. 18%.
Before Departure
1) We selects students based on their eligibility.
2) Student fills application forms provided to them by us.
3) Student’s parent / guardian fill undertaking form.
4) Student submits original 10th & 12th marksheets & certificates.
5) Student submits original passport.
6) Student submits 6 passport size photographs (On white background of dimension 3.5 cms X 4.5 cms).
7) Student deposits processing fee to Us.
8) PEC provides admission letter & fee structure to student.
9) PEC gets visa formalities done for student & gets visa stamped on his/her passport.
10) We informs student about departure date and assists them till their departure from airport.
After Departure
1) Students are received by us at airport.
2) Students are transported to accommodation.
3) Students are provided meal after arrival.
4) Students are provided free phone call to their parents and sim card.
5) Students are assisted by us in depositing fee to university, making registration and admission.
6) Students start their classes after all these steps are completed.
